Comprehensive Series

The Express Class

$250 group / $350 private
6-7 hours
1 day (option to split into 2 sessions over multiple days)

This one-day course is designed for the extra-busy couple and is only available in person. Topics covered include basic nutrition and exercise to stay healthy and low-risk; what to expect during labor, epidurals, and cesarean section; coping techniques and comfort measures; and writing a birth plan.

This workshop is perfect for those who waited too long to take a full series (whoops!), for those who are supplementing another childbirth education course, or really just want to know the main points and topics as a jumping-off point for their own research.

Course includes a 1-hour lunch break. Workbook included.

Hospital Birth Series

$425 group / $525 private

7 weeks, including “Life With Your New Baby” workshop

Our hospital class is designed for those who want more than the classes offered at their hospital can provide: more education, more fun, more relaxation and labor practice. More information on interventions, including medicated and cesarean births. They want to be able to make informed decisions as their birth unfolds.

The “Life With Your New Baby” workshop complements this childbirth series perfectly. Workbooks and 3.5-hour digital breastfeeding course included.

Home & Birth Center Series

5 weeks, including “Life With Your New Baby” workshop

If you’re planning to have your baby at home or at a freestanding birth center, this class will give you the nuts and bolts of labor. Learn what happens before, during, and after birth, as well as variations of labor, water birth, and birth videos of out-of-hospital births.

The “Life With Your New Baby” workshop complements this childbirth series perfectly. Workbooks and 3.5-hour digital breastfeeding course included.

Comfort Measures Workshop

$150 group / $200 private

This workshop is designed to help both partners build confidence for the big day. You will take in lots of relaxation, comfort measures, massage, imagery for labor, as well as communication skills for labor. The beautiful workbook that comes with this workshop is one you’ll want to spend time with for the duration of the pregnancy. Please note, the curriculum does not replace a full childbirth education course.

Refresher Workshop

Have you already had an amazing birth? This class is the perfect refresher course to help you achieve another just-as-amazing birth. It’s best taken around 36 weeks. Workbook included. Please note, the curriculum does not replace a full childbirth education course.

Life With Your New Baby Workshop

This is your manual for early parenthood! Topics include breastfeeding (3.5 hour video course included), newborn procedures, babywearing, safe sleep, postpartum topics, and baby comfort techniques to help you and your partner get off to a great start with your new baby. Workbook included.

Breastfeeding: The Ultimate MRE
